Helpful Spring Septic Reminders:
As we enter the Spring season, here are a few tips to keep your property in shape:
- Keep your gutters clean. Remove leaves and other visible debris. This will stop the gunk from getting underground and causing a blockage.
- Take a visit to your basement and check for wet spots, particularly in corners where you have a downspout. This could indicate your drain is clogged and needs to be opened.
- Don’t forget to clean your outside catch basin drains. They fill up with grit and debris over Winter, so need to be cleared in the Spring.
